Due to the sensitive of most partible items on My Supermarket we regret to inform you that we will not be able to return any order or product if it was delivered according to your order even if it was still unopened or unused and this is according to the same policy that all retailers are using.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 minutes of placing your order. However, the cancellation request will not be performed if the orders have been collected from the retailer and was on its way to be delivered.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the same day
My Supermarket does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like frozen items / flowers, eatables etc.
